Acienda Designer Outlet: First Designer Outlet Shopping Mall in the Philippines

Last November 2, while we were passing by Aguinaldo Highway to Batangas for a long weekend holiday, we discovered the recently opened Acienda Designer Outlet. We saw a large number of cars parked inside and crowds were heading to the mall. Out of our curiosity, we decided to go in. We were surprised with the design and setting of this mall. Though some shops were not open yet, we still enjoyed shopping and capturing photos of the picturesque Europe setting.

Acienda Designer Outlet

The mall was just opened last October 26, 2018, which features four distinct architectural themes, Spanish, French, Italian and New England. It is a very large, open spaced, 20-hectare area in the heart of Silang, Cavite. Combining fashion, food and art, this modern shopping area will give us a new shopping experience.

All shops offer a price slash of up to 70%. We took advantage of the huge discount at Onitsuka Tiger shop where we bought a pair of shoes (customers are lined here). There was also a long line of customers at Nike, Levi’s, Guess, The Rail, Vans, and Archives where shoppers were taking advantage of the big discounts (we did not bother to check items on sale since we were in a hurry).

Useful information about the outlet:

  • Location: 48, Aguinaldo Highway Lalaan 1, Silang, Cavite.
  • Operating hours: 11AM – 9PM
  • Admission fee: none
  • Discounts: 30% to 70%
  • Parking space: very large, open space
  • PWD: Wheelchairs available for rent
  • Pets: Allowed provided that pet is on a leash and the owner takes responsibility for its poop and pee
  • Credit Card and Installment: Accepts all major credit cards; Installment vary from store to store.
  • Grocery and Cinema: None

Aside from the big reduction in price, the mall has a perfect Europe theme backdrops for your social media feeds.

This three- storey Dutch windmill is the most eye catching and crowded area.

There’s a cafe beneath the windmill also themed with travel inspiration. I tried a piece of cake and was not disappointed with its price.

A replica of the Eiffel Tower gives a bit sense of France.

Have a scene at this Dutch Vintage telephone booth for that instagrammable feed.

Some of the designer outlets and restaurants are still close but we spotted famous brands that were in operation.

Sunglass Haven offers 40% discounts on branded sunglasses.

Why not take a selfie at this Italian inspired bike area in Milan.

Acienda Designer Outlet is another tourist attraction for local and foreign traveler.

We expect to see more shops of top brands and restaurants to open this November on our next visit.
